I coach 11 man football. But 9-man football has always been interesting to me.
Just like 6-man, 8-man and 12-man games, the fact remains that this is still football. You fill up all the gaps, cover all the receivers or zones, and you’re in business.
But coaches have got to be able to apply the principles that are used in 11-man football, without losing the sound aspects of defensive football. In this episode, we’ll talk about how to do that.
